We’ve purchased the historic “First State Bank” building and are now raising funds to rehab the building so it can be utilized for our missions. The first priority is replacing the roof, which currently has a leak.
After rehabilitated, the building will have two “zero rent” commercial spaces, two affordable workforce apartments, and 1600 square feet of civic space.
100% of funds received will go directly to the repair and rehabilitation of this building.
