Jeff Howard is an Army Veteran and retired Diplomatic Security Service supervisory special agent. Jeff served four years in the Army as a counterintelligence special agent. He then joined the Department of State where he served for twenty-three years as a Diplomatic Security Service special agent. Jeff is a native of Clay County, Kentucky. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Jeff is a 2011 graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College with a master’s degree in military arts and science. Jeff is married with two sons. He is currently a rancher and owns a security company.
